Securing the Future: REELIST8™ Inks Landmark R&D Grant with DOST-PCIEERD

Building an enterprise-grade fintech platform capable of handling real estate transactions across the Asia-Pacific requires heavily audited, reliable tech infrastructure. REELIST8™ formalized this structural foundation by executing a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with DOST-PCIEERD.

The official signing ceremony took place at the Sheraton Manila, cementing a direct partnership between state-guided research funding and commercial software.

Through this partnership, Reelist8 was granted one of the largest equity-free research and development allocations within the DOST Startup Grant Fund (SGF) Program cycle. This competitive state fund is designated exclusively for high-potential technology firms addressing systemic domestic issues. The selection underscores the company's strategic value in developing engineering solutions for the Philippine real estate and construction sectors.

This grant capital is being funneled straight into the engineering of the ecosystem’s secondary application, Buildin. The funding specifically backs prototype optimization and extensive market validation across various construction demographics. Buildin operates as a specialized B2B2C SaaS tool designed to maximize workflow efficiency, cost estimating, and project tracking for field teams.

By tying algorithmic cost data directly to the property timeline, this state-backed project bridges the gap between buying a piece of real estate and physically constructing it. It ensures that when a client purchases a home via the auction portal, they can access calibrated project management software to complete their build. This minimizes the materials mispricing, timeline friction, and unexpected delays common in traditional residential contracting. The MOA signifies formal validation from the local scientific and technological community regarding Reelist8’s core algorithms and data integrity. Backed by DOST-PCIEERD, the firm is accelerating its product roadmap. This backing keeps the software accessible for local architects, builders, and designers tasked with developing the next wave of Philippine residential housing.
