The first core pillar of this setup is PropertyAuctions.ph, a portal built for buyers and investors to locate and bid on below-market-value foreclosures and direct-owner listings. The second pillar is Buildin.com.ph, a project management application tailored for contractors and architects. Buildin reads floor plans to instantly generate accurate material takeoffs while managing real-time invoicing and team coordination.
A major element of the launch was an interactive panel discussion moderated by REELIST8™ COO, Borj de Borja. The session brought together prominent real estate investors and personalities Alma Concepcion, Ynez Veneracion, and Antonette Feo, who broke down practical asset strategies.
