Unlock REELIST8™: Launching the Future of AI-Powered Proptech

The tools are live, and the baseline for Philippine real estate has changed. REELIST8™ officially introduced its comprehensive housing ecosystem at the "Unlock REELIST8™" Summit, hosted during Philippine Startup Week at Acceler8 Legaspi in Makati City.

The event marked the public release of years of targeted development aimed at breaking down the localized housing affordability crisis via automated tools.

The summit drew a crowd of more than 150 business executives, developers, industry leaders, and tech journalists. The executive team used the stage to unpack their integrated software ecosystem, which bridges the gap between searching for a home and completing its construction. Rather than forcing consumers to rely on fragmented, manual procedures, the platform unifies the entire workflow into a singular digital journey.

The first core pillar of this setup is PropertyAuctions.ph, a portal built for buyers and investors to locate and bid on below-market-value foreclosures and direct-owner listings. The second pillar is Buildin.com.ph, a project management application tailored for contractors and architects. Buildin reads floor plans to instantly generate accurate material takeoffs while managing real-time invoicing and team coordination.

A major element of the launch was an interactive panel discussion moderated by REELIST8™ COO, Borj de Borja. The session brought together prominent real estate investors and personalities Alma Concepcion, Ynez Veneracion, and Antonette Feo, who broke down practical asset strategies. The conversation focused heavily on the platform's 0.5% equity financing model, illustrating how low-down-payment options can democratize property access for middle-income earners.

With media coverage reaching an estimated audience of over 14 million people, the launch demonstrated that housing access remains a vital priority for the public. To drive immediate adoption, the company announced a series of free global onboarding workshops. These digital training sessions provide step-by-step guidance for buyers and contractors, allowing users anywhere in the world to easily navigate the new system.
